Bible Verses About Guidance and God's Will.
Many decisions keep people up at night. Scripture promises that God guides his people. He does it most often through his Word, wise counsel, prayer, and a heart that trusts him.
These verses show how God leads and what he asks of those seeking direction. They focus less on finding a hidden plan and more on walking with him.

Psalm 37:23-24
The steps of a man are established by the LORD, when he delights in his way; though he fall, he shall not be cast headlong, for the LORD upholds his hand.
Proverbs 16:9
The heart of man plans his way, but the LORD establishes his steps.
He promises to lead

Isaiah 30:21
And your ears shall hear a word behind you, saying, “This is the way, walk in it,” when you turn to the right or when you turn to the left.
Spoken to Israel about returning to God; it shows he guides those who turn back to him.
Psalm 25:4-5
Make me to know your ways, O LORD; teach me your paths. Lead me in your truth and teach me, for you are the God of my salvation; for you I wait all the day long.
Ask for wisdom
God gives wisdom generously to those who ask.

Without counsel plans fail, but with many advisers they succeed.
