Delete Your Data & Account.
RockReader is owned and operated by Melior PFG. LLC. This page explains how to delete your RockReader account and the personal data associated with it, and how to remove individual content without deleting your account.
Delete individual content (keep your account)
You can remove specific data at any time without closing your account:
- Open any journal entry, post, nugget, prayer request, or comment you created and choose Delete to remove it permanently.
- You can also download a full copy of your data first from Settings → Export my data.
Delete your entire account
To permanently delete your account and associated data:
- Open RockReader and sign in.
- Go to Settings and scroll to the Danger zone.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
What is deleted, and what is kept
When you delete your account, we permanently delete your profile, journal entries, posts, nuggets, prayer requests, and uploaded images from our active systems within thirty (30) days. Comments you left on other people’s content may remain but are attributed to “[deleted user]” so conversation threads stay coherent. We may retain limited records where required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. Aggregated or de-identified data that cannot reasonably be linked to you may be retained.
